A catalog of more than 300 courses, a target audience of 6000 people, 60 trainers, online registrations, this can not be improvised. Users wishing to follow a training consult the offer online via WebDirect, the catalog is ... updated every day on the basis of dates. They can see a description of the training and click a button to register. After registration, an HTML email is calculated, generated and sent immediately, automatically, at any time of day or night. The program includes the complete history of the courses taken, by person, but also the mail sent. The catalog of the formations was redesigned by integrating several levels, the family, the sub-family, the formation itself. Before the history was lost because the files were duplicated each year. I love my job: beautify and enhance the homes of my clients. And I am proud of our many accomplishments. But computing is not my thing. I want it to be easy and fast. Fabulis improved my management program by consolidating the 2 files (customers and invoices) and added a central menu. Navigation is more fluid. Search and sorting is much more ... efficient than before. In addition, the file is hosted on a server at Fabulis, the backups are automatic. I do not risk losing my data, even if I steal my computer. The icing on the cake: I can encode and consult my management from any place, on site, in my car, and even when I go to rest in Cape Verde!
